We strive to be a community of disciples constantly exploring the wonder of the Gospel (Good News) of Jesus Christ, learning how the Gospel transforms the way we see ourselves, others, and the world as whole, and experiencing the Gospel first-hand by learning to live in free obedience to the Word of God in the context of our real, everyday lives of work, school, and relationships so that we mature in Christ.
We meet on Sundays and Thursdays during the year. On Sunday mornings students can attend whatever service best fits their style of worship (or sleep schedule!) and then we meet between services for “The Breakfast Club,” for a little fellowship and food. (i.e. Caffeine and Carbs to get your morning going) Thursday nights are a time to dive into the Scriptures and wrestle with the truth of God’s Word and what the Gospel has to do with my real life, as well as pray for and encourage each other, and just hang out.
Our group consists of different types of people from different walks of life. We have people from junior colleges, four-year universities, and “the real world.” Not all college-age people are attending school, but we recognize that – whether working or studying – this is a unique stage of life that calls for a unique space and a place for young adults to grow.
