SUNDAY MORNINGS

SUNDAY SCHOOL EARLY CHILDHOOD | 9AM

INFANTS & TODDLERS

Our loving caregivers will welcome your infant/toddler into their care on Sunday mornings in either the Purple Room (age 3 months – 14 months) or the Blue Room (age 15 months – 2 years). We maintain a strict 3:1 ratio between babies and caregivers. You are welcome to step into the room to assist your child’s transition if that is helpful for him/her.

We ask that you print and fill out a Trinity Medical Release form and bring it with you on your first Sunday. Or you can also pick one up in the class and return it the next week.

2 YEARS – KINDERGARTEN

Learning about the Big God Story and how our lives are part of it has it’s beginnings in our early childhood Sunday school program (age 2 – Kindergarten). Children will be welcomed by loving teachers and enjoy age appropriate crafts, games, songs and Bible lessons. Plus they’ll have lots of time to play and laugh with friends.

We ask that you print and fill out a Trinity Medical Release form and bring it with you on your first Sunday. Or you can also pick one up in the class and return it the next week.

SUNDAY SCHOOL 1ST THROUGH 6TH GRADE | 9AM

FOR 1ST TO 5TH GRADE

Our fully graded Sunday school program is one of the most important things that happens each week at Trinity Kids. Your child will be welcomed by adults who really care about them and be in a group of peers who have the same questions, and who are grappling with the same stages of development. Our curriculum is David C. Cook’s TRU Bible curriculum.

This year we will learn more about who God is – creator, worthy of worship and Lord – and how we are connected to Him – by His grace and for His glory. Some of the Big Ideas of 2014/2015 are: God is Worthy of Worship, God Knows What we Need, God will Not Fail Us, God is Almighty, Jesus is God’s Gift, God is in Control, God is Real and so many more!

We will study the stories of the Bible in chronological order and discover how our own stories are part of the Big God Story we read about there. With TRU we will read the entire Bible every three years.

As a family you will learn these lessons together by making use of Home Front Weekly sheets available every week in the classroom.

6TH GRADE

BIBLE STUDIES FOR LIFE

In 6th grade we want students to start taking what they’ve learned and put it to use. We take one central truth about God, investigate it and as questions like “so what?” and “now what?” as they relate to our life here, now and for the future. A dedicated teaching team is ready to invest in your child and his/her spiritual growth. We use a variety of methods to dig deep into scripture, share what we’re learning and then use that knowledge and inspiration to change the world. We invite you to come to Room 106 and experience a whole new way of viewing God and how you fit into His Big Story.

1ST GRADE: ROOM 101
2ND GRADE: ROOM 102
3RD GRADE: ROOM 103
4TH GRADE: ROOM 104
5TH GRADE: ROOM 105
6TH GRADE: ROOM 106

TRU CURRICULUM

TRU curriculum is a sequential study of the entire Bible that embraces the idea that parents are the primary teachers of children about spiritual things – we are here to support, encourage and walk along side you in this journey. Each week’s lesson will help children see the Bible as one big story that we all get to be a part of.

HOME FRONT WEEKLY

Home Front Weekly is your take home sheet that equips you to introduce the next week’s lesson.
