Philippians 2:1-11

Therefore, if you have any encouragement from being united with Christ, if any comfort from his love, if any common sharing in the Spirit, if any tenderness and compassion, 2 then make my joy complete by being like-minded, having the same love, being one in spirit and of one mind. 3 Do nothing out of selfish ambition or vain conceit. Rather, in humility value others above yourselves, 4 not looking to your own interests but each of you to the interests of the others.

1. What are the aspects of our relationships in community that are killers to unity?

2. How can you be “more” humble in your care/service for others?

Apply— ACTIVITY: 

Take time to develop a short 1- 3 song worship playlist on Spotify or Apple Music for your friends and send it to them. Then encourage them to develop their own worship playlist and send it to others.

Pray

Lord Jesus, we ask that you bring into a united body in Christ as we serve you and your Kingdom. Help us Lord with our tenderness, our compassion, and our humility as we go forth to be more like you. Come Lord Jesus and speak your word of encouragement today. In Jesus name we pray. Amen
