Apply
Take time to write a short letter to God in Thanksgiving for a specific person who has passed away. Choose a person who has had a significant role in your life. Be specific about the blessing this person has been to you and the joy you shared with that person.

Pray
Lord Jesus, give us perspective about what is important in life so that we can see the losses in our lives in light of eternity rather than in this temporal world. Help us to be reminded that the special people that have touched our hearts have been sent to us by you for a purpose end a blessing. Thank you, Lord for all the good gifts you give us. In Jesus name, Amen
