Cast your burden on the Lord, and he will sustain you; he will never permit the righteous to be moved.
Reflect
Often in times of hardship and struggle come to the Lord, God calls us to give our burdens to him; his sustenance is all we need!
- How can we reassure ourselves that God is with us in all things?
- Are there things in your life that you haven’t given to the Lord? If so, what and why?
Apply
On a piece of paper write down your anxieties, worries, and fears. Find a prayer partner and reflect on these worries, pray together and then burn the paper. God’s got this!
Pray
Lord, we cast our burdens onto you, we relieve ourselves of these worries and fears knowing that you sustain us in all things, that your plan and purpose will guide us through all things. Amen
